Welcome to my portfolio
I'm a design leader known for getting things done with systems thinking and authenticity. I optimize processes, strategize with data, and drive stakeholder alignment.
I worked at Meta for 6 years - 3 in Singapore where I launched UX content design as the first and only content designer, and 3 in San Francisco. Then, I supported financial products at eBay. The Masters in Digital Design that I'm pursuing at Harvard allows me to learn even more about AI safety and UX design.
Recently, my work made positive impact worth US$480 million. How? Empathy. I put myself in the shoes of others to make software better.
Before UX, I crafted content for Yahoo, Audi, and Conde Nast Traveller and was an editor at Singapore's largest women's magazine. I've lived on 4 continents and am now based in my hometown of Singapore. 🇸🇬 🇦🇺🇩🇪🇱🇰🇺🇸
